HOW GIVY GIFT CARDS WORK

Givy gift cards unleash the power of gifting on your store. Customers can easily buy gift cards for themselves, or send digital cards to friends and family.

From the Givy admin, merchants can create and optionally send thousands of gift cards instantly, making it a great tool for loyalty and retention.

Here's how gifting works:

• Click the Send as Gift button
• Choose your delivery method (email, URL, print)
• Enter basic recipient info, like name
• Add a personal message, GIF, record a video
• Add to cart and go to checkout when you're ready

What happens next?

• If you chose email as the gifting method, the recipient will receive an email
• If you chose URL or print, you will receive an email with more information
• The recipient opens a digital greeting card with your message
• They claim their gift card code, and can click a button to a custom URL
  

Why is this better?

• You don't need to know the delivery address
• They get a personal message and understand why they're getting the gift
• You can send multiple gifts at once
• Customers can choose the exact amount of the gift card they want to send (optional)
